Who we share your data with
We will not share your data with anyone outside of the organisation. When you make a booking, your details will be stored in the Skedda system and your payment details will be stored in the Stripe payment gateway. We will receive a copy of the confirmation email containing your contact details and details of the event. We will only use this data for the purposes of managing the booking. How long we retain your data
We will retain your data in Skedda for 12 months after the event has taken place. We will delete any confirmation emails that are older than 30 months (bookings can be made 18 months in advance).
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
